Bangkok shopping trip

Bangkok is a girls-gone-crazy shopping paradise
Whatever u want to buy, u name it, they have it.
And the most important is, the things are much cheaper than our country!

Just a few steps from my hotel there is this
Pratunam Market!
It is a wholesale market which means u can get to buy 3 free 1,
or a jeans short / dress as cheap as 100 baht (RM10)!

Besides the wholesale market, we also shop in the mall.
Platinum mall is the most famous clothing mall in Bangkok,
and is known as the best place in Bangkok to buy cheap yet good quality clothes!
My mum always says that Thailand is a place to buy cheap yet very good quality of bras and underwear, therefore she never let off the chance to buy as much as she could during the trip to Bangkok.
I never see such a cute hush poppy doll in Malaysia HP stores! =)

A small update of previous post be4 showing all my shopping conquest.
These are the instant cup noodles that my sis and I bought in 7/11 for supper in the hotel room
Tomyam flavour are superb cos soo hot that your stomach would burn!
Omg I miss them right now =(

All above are the items snatched from BangKok.
I think all those together were just costed me about RM300.
These 2 were bought from online recently when my bestie Kristin asked me to buy some.
You know I can't resist any temptations of shopping.....................

Wore immediately after I bought the sleeveless denim jacket =)

Nah end of the post!

Law Prom Night 2012

The previous post has mentioned that I attended a Law Ball on 5.8.2012 after the Famine 30 Hours.
Well, when one talks about Ball, it gives other impressions nothing more than dressing up very formal evening dress, exaggerate make up, last but foremost capturing pictures.
Of course as a student, and not a businessman/woman who always have to socialize in Ball, there would not be much opportunity to dress up and make up like that so snapping pictures like never been snapped pictures before were a norm.

"You're so gorgeous!"....
"You're so captivating tonight!"...
"You're so pretty!"...
Would be the prologue to every friends.
Maybe this was my 3rd Prom Night that I had attended so far,
I already feel numb with that.
From a muddled and innocent girl who was so exciting for every moment during the night,
until a person who would think "oh, again...."
From a person who was so nervous what to wear, how to make up as early as one month or even earlier ago,
to a person who would think "erm... no idea... would think about that later..."

 HAHAHA!
Im such an ungrateful brat and I know it!
I'm sorry if it anguishes your feeling!
So let us move on k?

Since last 2 times during the Ball Nights I did not really know how to make up myself and a lot of friends had commented that my make up were so thin that I was like no make up.
So in the my first prom night which was Taekwondo Night last year,
one of my taekwondo pals helped me to make up last minute in the Hall washroom!
The 2nd time which is A-Level Graduation,
I learnt some skills from the taekwondo senior which I had tried my best to make up myself but ended up still look like no making up!
So this time, I decided to have some changes so let me introduce my personal beauty consultant Wan Joey.
She recommended that to be looked more like making up, more energetic and more pretty in the photos, which she said at the end of the day ppl will only look at the pictures,
she advised me to try a new experience in make up.

FAKE LASHES
She even accompanied to the shop and helped me to choose which style of Fake Lashes would look the best.
I first chosen the one which is the most natural one, but then she said it would look like nothing much in the photo, she then encouraged me to try on the more exaggerate one.
She then teached me the steps to wear the fake lashes up which during experiment in my house I snapped down the difference in my face before and after which is soooo damn big.
 Before........

AFTER!!!
OMG THIS DOESN't LOOK LIKE ME AT ALL!
IMMEDIATELY TURN INTO ANOTHER IDENTITY!!
I swear I did not wear any soft lenses but the black eyeball became so big and I almost cannot recosnize myself!
TRANSFORMER!!
 And when put them together..........

Ghost??
Then I know why people nowadays always like to make up themselves so much
the POWER OF MAKING UP.

On the day itself, I was in a deep hurry to rush to the Ball.
The Famine 30 Hours ended at 4.15pm and I reached home at about 4.50pm cos of traffic jam.
I used 15mins to shower.
10 mins to dry my hair and another 10 mins to curl my hair.
Then I used only 45 mins to change my clothes and make up.
Seriously freaking rush like no time to take breath!!
Then reached Empire Gallery Hotel with my friend at about 7.15pm which was alr late.
But fortunately the VIP reached just after few mins we arrived.

So the pictures!

Jeremy. Erm.... another good guys that always willing to help people.

Actually not many friends attended the Prom sue to the reason that many of them had already balik kampung, expensive fees, and the main reason would be this is not our graduation year.
Many of them thought that it is unworthy for them to attend cos it was just actually meaningless to first year student.
Either i thought so ok.
But then I attended cos I can see how much effort my dear friend Christie and the committees friends and contributed into the event so I think I should attend as a support.
